Organisation
The Foundation is based in the Netherlands and contains a group of board members, an advisory commission and a local organisation.
The foundation is led on a daily basis by Founder and Director Caroline Dusée.
The board members are: Caroline Dusée, Caroline Nederkoorn-Bijvoet and Johan van de Velde.

Gender Works:
Gender works is an autonomous NGO and affiliate of Gender Reconciliation International (GRI) based in Cape Town. In South and Southern Africa Gender Works conducts the Gender Reconciliation facilitator trainings and workshops.
The Desmund and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation:
In August 2013, a partnership with the Desmund and Leah Tutu Foundation was established to focus on implementation of Gender Reconciliation.
